If on one of these summer days you are going to cook barbecue or barbecue in the summer garden, think about how to drink it. Of course, there are always simple options – cold beer, wine, or fruit drinks with juice. But for a real summer party you need something special.
When the garden is filled with greenery and the first summer berries – why not put them into business?
Strawberry wine cocktail
(for a company of 10 people)
- 1kg strawberries, washed, cut in half
- 80 g icing sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 bottle of cold white wine
- 1 bottle of cold sparkling wine
- Schisandra or verbena to decorate cocktails
Put chopped strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Wash the lemon and with the help of a peeler cut off the skin from it with thin strips. If the strips are long, cut them. We send the zest to the strawberries, and squeeze the lemon and pour the juice there. The resulting mix should be infused and cool – put it in the refrigerator for a while.
When the time has passed, and the strawberry gave the juice, drain it into a separate bowl. Transfer the strawberries into a large jug, fill with white wine. Put it in the refrigerator again to insist. Ideally, the drink should cool for about two hours.
Just before serving, add strawberry juice and sparkling wine. Pour into glasses, decorating with lemongrass and verbena.

- 1 large bunch of fresh mint
- ginger root 7-8 cm long.
- 4 tablespoons of flower honey
- 90 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 liter of water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon or lime slices for decoration
Wash the mint, separate the leaves from the stems. Throw the last, but cut the leaves. Peel the ginger and cut it finely, after cutting, kneading it a little with the back of the knife. In a bowl, mix mint, ginger and honey. We heat 450 ml of water to a boil and pour mint with ginger on it. Leave to insist for half an hour. After that, pour the liquid into the jug, filtering the mint with ginger using a sieve. Squeeze out all the liquid from mint and ginger. After this, it remains to add lemon juice and water (you can use both ordinary and carbonated). Put in the refrigerator for an hour. After that you can serve – do not forget to add ice cubes and garnish with lime and lemon slices.

- Diced watermelon, 100 g
- 1 lime juice
- 120 ml white rum
- 2 tbsp. l Cointreau
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
A few hours before you would like to serve a drink, cut the watermelon into cubes, and then put them in the freezer.
Start the next stage of preparation before serving the drinks. Add freshly squeezed lime juice to the watermelon, send rum, Cointreau and powdered sugar there, mix gently. Pour in two glasses and drink immediately!
