Water – 4 cups

Sugar – 3 4 cups

Lemon juice – 1 cup

Sugar and lemon juice are mixed with a glass of water until sugar is completely dissolved. Then the rest of the water is added, all this is poured into a jug, decorated with slices of lemon or orange, ice is added. Top can be decorated with mint.

Another option for the preparation of sugar concentrate is sugar and water in the proportion of a glass of sugar to a glass of water (or 2 glasses of water), put on fire and simmer slowly to a boil. Then the rest of the ingredients are added, everything is cooled together. Or you can just pour lemon fresh mineral water and add a little sugar – very simple!

Important: There is no need to observe the exact amount of ingredients. If your concentrate is too sweet, you can always add more water and lemon juice; if it is too sour, add more sugar. Instead of plain water, soda can be used in any lemonade – it cools even better. Fruits and mint will be a decoration for the drink, basil and other herbs will give an interesting taste. Cucumber Lemonade

Basic option:

1 cucumber

Juice 1 2 lemon or lime

Juice 1 2 oranges

Honey – 3 tbsp. l

1-2 glasses of water or soda

Grind the cucumber in a blender, strain, separating the juice from the pulp. Add lemon and orange juice, mix, add honey and water and mix again!

Advanced option:

Fresh cucumber 1 2 pcs.

Schweppes Ginger ale lemonade – 0.5l.

Soda 0.25l.

Green grapes 6 pcs.

Mint leaves 10g.

Sugar syrup (water + sugar) 25ml.

Lemon juice 40ml.

Apple juice 150ml.

Grind the grapes in a blender, add lemon and apple juices, sugar syrup, mix everything again. Pour into a jug along with lemonade and soda, ice, add mint. Garnish with slices of cucumber and orange.

Ginger lemonade

2 lemons

2 cups sugar

1l water

1/3 ginger root

Mint leaves

Cook sugar syrup by heating water with sugar to a boil. Add finely chopped or grated ginger and zest of lemons, cook for about 10 minutes. Strain the resulting drink from the zest and ginger, add the juice of two lemons. Add mint leaves, put to cool in the refrigerator. If you add less water, you will get a concentrate that can be diluted with mineral water. Such a concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Strawberry lemonade

Fresh strawberries 1.5 kg.

1 orange

2 cups sugar

1l water

Put water and sugar on a fire and bring to a boil. Grind strawberries in a blender, add orange juice to strawberry puree. Pour the resulting puree into boiling water with sugar, cook for about 10 minutes. Strain, set to cool. Serve with ice, halves of strawberries and mint.

Important: If you wish, you can add alcohol to lemonades: fruit-colored liquors (cherry brandy, triple sec), champagne, wine, pear (for example, Pimm’s). Strong alcohol is used less often – alcohol vapors interrupt other smells and tastes.

Lemonade Pimm ’s

Combine Pimm’s and classic lemonade in a 1 to 3 ratio, add finely chopped lime, cucumber, strawberries, orange, and mint. Serve with ice in a beautiful double-walled bakery.
