This cocktail is so hearty that it may be the only dish for breakfast. But the main thing is a real energy cocktail, because all its components are from the list of the most energy-intensive products. Any milk-based cocktail turns out to be tasty if its main ingredients are properly cooled. This is due to the fact that milk whipping becomes viscous only if it is very cold. If you beat milk at room temperature, all you get is a lightweight froth that lowers in a couple of seconds.
Therefore, use the milk that has stayed overnight on the top shelf of the refrigerator, and in addition, you will need frozen bananas. Clean them, cut them into 3-4 parts and send them to the freezer for the night, and in the morning send them to a blender. If you have the opportunity, use not cow’s milk, but almond or coconut milk – then the cocktail will be even more useful.

These are ingredients in one large portion or two medium.

  1. 2 frozen bananas

  2. 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  3. 2 large dates (pull out the bones)

  4. 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

  5. 300 ml cold milk

  6. 5-10 ice cubes

  7. 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

  8. 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

  9. a pinch of chocolate chips for decoration

Soak pitted dates in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is necessary so that they swell (usually they are very dried). After soaking, try to peel off the rough skin. Usually she begins to separate from dates after boiling water and can only pick it up with a knife and peel it off.
We throw dates in a blender, we also send bananas, nut paste, cocoa, ice. Grind. Now we change the nozzle-knife to the whisk, add milk and beat for 3-4 minutes at high speed. Add flax seeds, beat at the smallest speed for a couple of seconds. Pour into a glass and add the syrup, pouring it in a thin stream to make beautiful stains. Sprinkle with chocolate on top.
