This recipe drink
prepared using dry yeast. So as a result, we get
fragrant, healing, cooling kvass! In addition, mint relaxes and
calms, normalizes the work of the stomach and intestines, strengthens the immune system. AT
in combination with lemon juice perfectly quenches thirst on a hot day.
- Fresh mint – 1 bunch (large, 150 g)
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Drinking water – 3 l
- Dry yeast – 2 tsp
How do we cook
peppermint and lemon drink? First of all, we wash the mint in a sufficiently large
amount of water to flush out particles of soil. That part of the stem that is closer
to the root, delete.
We put water in a stainless or enameled pan on a strong fire. Bring to a boil, throw all the mint into boiling water and cook it for 4 minutes. We spread all the sugar and cook another 1 – 2 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the fire. Squeeze the juice of lemon, cut in half, directly into the pan, throw the lemon itself and cover with a lid. Let it insist until it cools down.
When the contents of the pan
it becomes slightly warm, add dry yeast to it and leave it in the room under
cover for 4 hours.
Filter through a shallow drink.
