This is the perfect drink for festive summer gatherings in the garden. The watermelon itself acts as a container for the drink, in it you put the pear on the table. Needless to say, that looks amazing!
- cognac – 100 ml;
- orange liquor – 100 ml;
- dry white wine – 750 ml;
- brut – 750 ml;
- large watermelon – 1 piece;
- grapes – 350 grams;
- figs – 1 piece;
- apples – 2 pieces;
- sugar – 5 tablespoons.
All ingredients must be refrigerated for several hours.
Cut the fruit into small slices, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, pour cognac and wine, put back in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Next, we take the watermelon – from it we will make a bowl into which the punch will be poured. From the watermelon you need to cut off the “hat” and remove all the flesh.
After this, the pulp must be freed from the seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut watermelon is better in a dish with a high side: in the process a lot of juice will stand out and it will come in handy. This juice will need to be poured into a punch. The fruits, infused in a mixture of cognac and wine, should be put in a peeled watermelon, and watermelon pulp and juice should be added there. After that, pour the liquor and champagne into the watermelon, mix gently. Now it remains to close the watermelon with a cut lid and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After that, the drink can be served.
