How do we cook the compote
from mountain ash and apples? We will prepare all the ingredients. Wash mountain ash in water. The apples

Pour into a drinking pot
water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Throw pieces of apples and rowan berries –

sugar, bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.
Throw the lemon slices and after boiling, remove the pan with compote from the fire.
Cover the pan with a lid and
leave to cool in the room. When the compote is infused, the water takes everything for itself
aromas of berries and fruits.
After the compote
