taste of the finished drink. In addition, such a compote can be prepared not only from
fresh, but also from frozen berries. The body does not benefit from such a drink
no comparison with synthetic vitamins and immunostimulants.

Ingredients:

  • Cranberries – ½ cup
  • Apple – 3 pcs.
  • Orange zest – ½ orange
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Drinking water – 2 l

from cranberries and apples with orange zest? Rinse apples, cut into
quarters. Remove the middle with the seeds and cut the quarters arbitrarily.
We wash the orange with warm water and soap along with hands. Sharp knife with
halves of orange cut the zest. We put a pot of water on fire for
compote, bring to a boil and pour the apple slices and orange zest.
Cook a minute.
