How to make Almond Cake
Place blanched almonds in a food processor and process until finely ground.
Add sugar and flour to the ground almonds, process until blended.
Add rose water and egg whites in the mixture and process until well-blended (the mixture will be very thick).
Grease the baking tin with vegetable oil and spread the mixture (you can also use cooking spray, if available).
Bake at 325 degree Celsius for about 28 minutes or until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
When its cooled down, serve.
