This simple cake always reminds me of summer, although it may be cooked in any season and absolutely any fruit (just use frozen).
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
The berries defrost in advance.
Wake up the flour, add the salt and half of the sugar.
Add cold butter cut into cubes.
RUB the butter and the flour to a state of fine crumbs.
Add the sour cream.
Gather dough into a ball, long knead not necessary to do everything quickly without letting the oil warm in his hand.
Wrap the dough in film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In thawed berries, add 2/3 of sugar and starch residues, and stir.
The starch will epithet in itself of excess fluid.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, sprinkle work surface with flour and roll out into a circle with a diameter of about 30 cm.
The surface of the biscuits lightly sprinkle with the remaining starch, it will not give a test soak.
Put the stuffing.
Fold the edge inwards and brush with egg yolk.
You can sprinkle almond petals or sugar.
Bake the biscuits for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Mad flavor, tasty dough and the tartness of the berries – in my opinion the perfect combination.
To serve the biscuit tastes best with a scoop of ice cream.
