  • Step 1 Preheat the oven and prepare the topping for cake

    To prepare this delicious cake, preheat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking tray with a little butter. Next, mix together sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Keep aside for later use.


  • Step 2 Cream together butter and sugar

    Now, take a glass bowl and blend together brown sugar and unsalted butter using an electric blender on medium speed until it’s light and fluffy. Then, add egg one at a time and mix together until the mixture is creamy.


  • Step 3 Prepare the cake batter

    Now, take another bowl and sift together baking powder, salt and baking soda. Once done, add a little flour mixture with butter-sugar, and then buttermilk.
