Cauliflower Waffles with Bacon


Head of cauliflower
1 pc (about 1 kg)
2 pcs
2 – 3 tbsp. l
2 cloves
Baking powder
1 tsp
Vegetable oil (for dough and mold lubrication)
2 tbsp. l
3 to 4 slices
Salt and pepper

1. Cauliflower mine and three on a fine grater, leave for half an hour. Squeeze through gauze or towel to drain excess water.

2. Add 2 eggs, finely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, flour, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, pepper and a little salt to the cabbage.

3. Cut the bacon into small pieces, but do not add to the dough.

4. We heat the waffle iron, grease the forms with vegetable oil, put the dough out (about one and a half tablespoons on the waffle), lay the bacon slices abundantly on top, close and bake for 5 minutes.

P.S. Waffles can be served with garlic sauce or tartar sauce.
