How to make Coconut and Chocolate
To prepare this delicious treat, first work on the base. For the same, add almonds in a food processor and blend to a fine powder. Soak the dates for 2 hours and once done, drain them.
Add these soaked dates to the food processor along with the rest of the ingredients for the base i.e. cacao and coconut. Blend all the ingredients together.
Once done, transfer it to a cake thin and press this base mix, just make sure that you do not press it on the sides though.
Now, for the filling, drain the dates and cashews, and blend them in the food processor. After that, add cashews, coconut oil, and shredded coconut in the food processor and blend the filling mix together.
Once done, pour this mix on the top of the base in the cake tin. Refrigerate the delicious mix for at least 4 hours before cutting and serving.
