1/2 tsp
Vanillin or vanilla extract
1/2 tsp or to taste
on the tip of a knife
Corn starch
2 tbsp (focus on consistency)
Rice flour
2 tbsp
Frozen Berries (I have Blueberries)
100-150g or to taste
to lubricate the mold
Sour cream for golden crust
2 tbsp

Instruction manual

1. Put the whole cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add sugar, salt, vanillin, beat 2 medium eggs, mix lightly, and then beat well with a submersible blender until smooth. Add soda, soft cottage cheese and beat again.

2. If the mass is thick, then put 1 tablespoon of starch and 2 tablespoons of rice flour. If the cottage cheese is thin, then put more starch.

3. Lubricate the mold with butter, I used a detachable one, having strengthened the bottom with foil, put half of the curd mass, flatten, put half of the berries on top, then the rest of the cottage cheese and the remaining berries on top, lightly grease with sour cream.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Let the casserole cool slightly first in the oven with the door open, and then remove and cool on the table.

P.S. The casserole rises very well, but falls slightly when it cools. The structure is dense and very airy at the same time.
