Cottage cheese donuts fried in oil

Ingredients

Cottage cheese
250g
Eggs
3 pcs
Sugar
80g
Flour
180g
Soda
1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
for frying
Powdered sugar
for decor

From this amount of ingredients is obtained 20-25 pieces of medium size.

1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, soda and flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a small stewpan, warm well.

3. Use a teaspoon or hands to form balls (I lightly rolled in flour and rolled it with my hands).

4. Put the balls in boiling oil, lightly remove the fire. Fry until golden brown. Using a slotted spoon, get the donuts and put them on a paper towel.

5. From above, optionally, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. Donuts are not too sweet, so you can serve them with jam or nutella.
