Warm cheese Viennese waffles – a classic recipe for electrovalency. This recipe came out very tasty and tender waffles that are very fond of children, and the adults do not refuse, especially if you serve them with jam and berries!

Manual

1. To combine and sift the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder and salt.

2. Beat the butter with the sugar, continuing to whisk, add the cheese. Enter the eggs and again beat the mixture with a mixer.

3. Add the dry ingredients and knead homogeneous dough.

4. The surface of the waffle iron with Teflon coated grease is not necessary, the wafer will not stick. The dough is put in the center so that the edges remained void, close the waffle iron and bake until it will turn brown.

The time may be different. It depends on the power of electrovalency. As soon as you feel the scent, you can open the waffle iron and test wafers (the main thing not to do immediately, until the dough is not cooked, so the first minute or two the waffle iron is not open)
