How to make Danish cookies
Step 1 Preheat the oven and prepare the batter
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and keep them aside. Now, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. take your room-temperature butter and add it to a bowl and add granulated sugar over it. Beat it until soft and fluffy. Now, add the salt, vanilla essence and eggs. beat all of it until well combined. This should take about 2 minutes. using a spatula, incorporate the batter on the walls of the bowl and keep it aside.
Step 2 Pipe the batter out on baking sheets
Fill the piping bags with the batter. If you don’t have a piping bag, take a zip-lock bag, cut one of its corners and you can use that as your piping bag. Now pipe the batter on the baking trays.
Step 3 Bake and serve!
Bake each tray separately for 15 minutes each or until golden brow. Serve with hot milk!
