1. Thoroughly mix the eggs, sugar, sour cream, salt in a bowl. Add lemon juice, soda, vanilla and mix well again. Knead the dough, gradually adding sifted flour to the resulting mass.

2. Prepare a baking dish. If you have a metal, copper or ceramic form, it is best to grease it with soft butter first, and then powder it with flour, shake the excess.

3. Pour half the dough into the mold. Peel one banana and cut it: once along and one across. Get 4 parts, put them in a form. Then pour the rest of the dough and lay the second banana on top in the same way.

4. Bake the cake for about 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Readiness check with a wooden skewer.

P.S. This time I was too lazy and just greased the mold with vegetable oil, the dough stuck to the mold
