Dessert Pavlova

Egg whites
5 pieces
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar
250 g
Cream 33% fat
400 ml
Fine curd
250 g
for decoration

1. Carefully separate the egg whites. Not a drop of yolk should get in, otherwise the mass will not go astray! Beating utensils should be clean, dry and fat-free (you can degrease with lemon juice or alcohol). Leave the protein to warm at room temperature.

2. Beat the protein until stable peaks and gradually add the powdered sugar. You need to achieve a smooth shiny texture. At the end, add starch and vinegar, mix.

3. Put the protein on the parchment in a circle. Carefully align, make a funnel from above. Put in a preheated oven and dry for 1.5 – 2 hours at 100 degrees. Do not open the door until it cools completely! My dessert cooled all night.

4. Whip the cream, add the icing sugar to them. Then put the cottage cheese to the cream and mix, this can be done with a mixer at low speed.

5. Remove the protein from the oven and fill the funnel with cream of cream, decorate with berries on top. Serve immediately after cooking.

P.S. Remove eggs from the refrigerator just before you begin to separate the squirrels. At the beginning of cooking, they should be cold.
