How to make Honey Christmas Cake

  • Step 1 Beat the wet ingredients

    Heat up honey and sugar and water for about 40 C, cool. Beat eggs and honey mixture.

  • Step 2 Combine the dry ingredients and bake

    Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Put the honey mixture into and knead for a short time. Portion the batter and bake it for 1 hour at 180 C.
