According to this recipe, we get
rather thick hot chocolate. Fragrant, invigorating, alluring, and another 10 times … emotion!
It turns out thick, because starch is used for its preparation. AND
alluring because we decorate it with sweet and tender marshmallows.
- Cow’s milk 500 ml
- Granulated sugar 2 tbsp
- Black chocolate 200 g
- Vanillin 1/3 tsp
- Potato starch 2 tbsp with a slide
How do we make such an alluring drink hot chocolate with starch and marshmallows? To do this, we take a saucepan with a volume of not less than 500 ml.
Pour 350 ml of milk into it, crumble the dark chocolate into small pieces, add vanillin and granulated sugar. You can add more sugar if you consider yourself to be a sweet tooth, or less.
Heat the contents of the saucepan over low heat, occasionally stirring the mixture with a whisk until chocolate and sugar dissolve.
In the milk that remains, stir the starch.
When the milk-chocolate mixture is close to boiling, pour in a thin stream of milk with starch, without stopping stirring with a whisk, so that large lumps do not form. As soon as the hot chocolate thickens, immediately remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour chocolate into cups. You can decorate it with delicate marshmallows or some sprinkles on top. We begin the process of absorbing an incredibly tasty treat. Bon appetit and good mood!
