How to make Lemon Sushi Cake
Step 1 Prepare the vanilla sponge
To prepare this enticing cake, first prepare the vanilla sponge. For the vanilla sponge, take the cake mix and mix in it vanilla extract, cake gel, vegetable oil and water. Mix all the ingredients well and knead a dough. Bake this dough for 35 minutes.
Step 2 Prepare the lemon filling
While the sponge bakes, prepare the lemon filling. In a bowl add egg yolk, lemon juice, butter and sugar. Mix together and whisk the mixture. You will get a thick mixture. Keep aside to cool.
Step 3 Make the white chocolate ganache

Step 5 Layer the cake with the lemon cream and serve
Finally, take the vanilla sponge out of the oven and slice into 3 layers. Take one layer of the sponge and spread the prepared lemon cream on it. Repeat the same with the 2nd and 3rd layers as well. Finish the cake by topping with fondant sushi. Your Lemon Sushi Cake is ready.
