How to make No-bake Breakfast Cookies


  • Step 1 Prepare the cookie mix

    On a pan, roast the oats or nuts if not using granola. In a medium bowl mash the banana, add almond butter and incorporate well. Add remaining ingredients and to form a dough-like mixture.


  • Step 2 Form the cookies, refrigerate and enjoy!

    Now form into cookies and sprinkle with toppings of choice. Leave in the fridge to firm up for about 10-15 mins. Enjoy with some additional melted chocolate on top
