This recipe makes the form 30 see beat butter with sugar, add eggs and again beat.
Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap with foil and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Curd grind with sugar and vanilla sugar. You can scroll in a food processor with knife attachment until smooth.

To fill cream mixed with eggs and sugar.
Preheat the oven to 180°. The dough spread on the form bottom and sides. Put the cheese filling.
Distribute jam. Pour sour cream filling.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely. Bon appetit!
