We offer a jelly recipe from
milk and chocolate made in a tall glass. Jelly is simply based on milk and

- Black chocolate 100 g
- Cow’s milk 450 ml

How do we make puff jelly with chocolate? Let’s start with the preparation of gelatin, because without it jelly cannot be prepared. Pour half the jelly with water in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions on the package. It should swell.
Pour half the milk into the saucepan, add half the vanilla sugar and shake the chocolate in it with your hands.
Bring, stirring, to a boil and remove the saucepan from the heat. We heat water with gelatin in a water bath until the gelatin dissolves, pour into the milk-chocolate mixture and mix. Chocolate jelly is ready.
Pour into a glass in which there will be puff jelly, the first layer is chocolate jelly 2 cm thick. We put it in the refrigerator. While we are preparing milk jelly, the first layer of chocolate jelly will solidify a little.
Pour the second half of the jelly with water in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions on the package. It should swell.
The second half of the milk is brought to a boil with sugar and the second half of vanilla sugar.
We heat water with gelatin in a water bath until the gelatin dissolves, pour into milk with sugar and mix. Pour a little liquid jelly into a cup to cool faster. Then pour the second layer from the cup into the glass and put it in the refrigerator again.
Repeat the operation until the liquid jelly is over. We store the finished jelly in the refrigerator. Before serving, you can decorate our jelly with chocolate chips. Enjoy your meal!
