Three Layer Cookies


Flour (I have 1st grade)
160 g
Diced Cold Butter
120 g
Condensed milk
380 g (one can)
Hazelnuts, Almonds or Peanuts
1 / 2-1 / 3 cup
Chocolate (70% – 85% cocoa)
150 g
Creamy Cream Cheese or Butter
50 g

1. Turn on the oven at 180 ° C. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter and rub into the crumbs with your hands. Knead the dough.

2. Put the dough on the bottom of the form covered with parchment and chop it with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the dough is lightly browned. Allow to cool in shape.

3. Put condensed milk and cream cheese in a non-stick pan or pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook, also stirring, until the mass thickens, becomes pale yellow and begins to move away from the wall of the pan. Spread the mass evenly on the cooled cake. Cool.

4. Fry and cool nuts, grind lightly. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Put nuts on the second layer, pour everything with melted chocolate and put in a cool place. Cut the cooled cookies into rectangles.
