Vegan Matcha Latte Panna Cotta is one of my favorite Superfoods. Actually, when I stopped drinking coffee, match confidently entering (or have entered) into my life )) Match – a kind of green tea, the leaves of which when making ground to powder.

The match contains one of the most powerful antioxidants, therefore, improves the condition of skin and eliminates the signs of aging. Contains 3 times more vitamin C compared to oranges, speeds up the metabolism and relieves stress.

When choosing a tea I recommend to pay attention to the manufacturer and to give preference to tea from Japan. You can find several types of tea – ceremonial (the most expensive), premium and classic (often used for desserts). For making matcha lattes, I buy the first two types of tea, they have a more mild flavor, mild bitterness and more rich green color. The color depends on the quality of the powder. Match for desserts has such bright colors. And the function – Yes!

Vegetable milk (I used soy)
200ml
Matcha tea
3/4 teaspoon
Maple syrup
2-3 teaspoons
Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp.
Agar-Agar
1 tsp.

Manual

Instead of soy milk you can use almond or coconut is a great alternative.

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, put on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5 minutes.

2. Pour into shape, put into the refrigerator until firm. Form can be any whole or portion, as I have.

3. A frozen dessert to pass on a dish, decorate as desired. Goes well with fresh raspberries!

The result

A very simple recipe vegetarian Panna Cottas. Rich taste of green match can regulate themselves by putting a little more specified in the recipe proportions.
