How to make Chicken Makhni Naan Pizza
To prepare this delicious pizza, first, preheat the oven at 240 degree Celsius.
Sieve the all- purpose flour and then add salt and butter to it. Add milk and water as required to the flour and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 2-3 hours.
Roll out the dough in a triangle shaped naan. This will be used as a pizza base.
Next, half-bake the naan triangle in the tandoor.
Spread makhani gravy and grated cheese on the top. Add chicken pieces, black olives and onion rings as a topping.
Lift the pizza base using a shovel and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for around 8 minutes.
Once cooked remove from the oven, place on a cutting board and using a pizza wheel cut it into 8 uniform wedges.
Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
