Grilled Thick-Cut Pork Chops

These thick-cut pork chops are surprisingly simple to create, packing complex flavors into each bite, making them the ideal weeknight dinner.
2 (1-1/2 inch thick) pork chops
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup red wine
3 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
To Taste Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
To Taste salt
1Mix olive oil, red wine, rosemary leaves, salt and Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub in a bowl.
2Marinate pork chops in refrigerator for 2 hours.
3When ready to cook, set Traeger temperature to 500°F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
4Place chops directly on grill grate and cook for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
5Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
