INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Pork tenderloin – 1-1.5 kg
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 50 ml
  • Olive Oil – 50 ml
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Onions to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Pork for my barbecue, cut into cubes

Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Cooking marinade with lemon juice and soy sauce

Peel and chop onions in half rings (or rings). Mix lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce. Add black ground pepper to taste.

Step 3

Pour the meat and onions with cooked soya marinade

Lay slices of meat and onion in a deep bowl. Pour the cooked soya marinade, mix and leave for 6 hours.

Step 4

Pieces of pork strung on skewers, fry barbecue

Prepared meat strung on skewers. Fry the barbecue on coals from all sides, turning over periodically, until a golden crust is formed.
