INGREDIENTS

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l fennel seed
  • olive oil – 70 ml
  • salt, white pepper
  • 400 g chicken liver

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Rinse and dry the chicken liver. In a blender, mix fennel seeds, lemon zest, sage, garlic and spices. Mix the resulting mixture with breadcrumbs.
Put a liver seasoned with salt and pepper on a skewer, roll in aromatic breading, and fry in a hot frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
