It is easy and simple to make kebab without leaving home.
- pork neck – 1 kg
- small tomatoes – 250 g
- onion – 2 pcs.
- lemon – 1/2 pcs.
- soy sauce – 50 ml
- some vinegar
- vegetable oil – 50 ml
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the pork into small pieces. Coarsely chop the onion. Put meat, onions (mash it with your hands), juice of half a lemon, soy sauce, oil, vinegar in a saucepan. Cover with a plate, put under a press. Leave on for 1.5-2 hours.
Soak skewers for half an hour in cold water.
String the meat on skewers, alternating with onions and halves of tomatoes. Put on a wire rack, place a baking sheet under the wire rack. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, turning over once.
It is better to salt and pepper the finished dish, so the meat will turn out juicier.
Skewers must be soaked in cold water before use.
