It’s all for a picnic!
- 700 g chicken breast
- 1 fresh tomato
- 2 tbsp. l Kikkoman soy sauce
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 zucchini
- salt, black pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the chicken breast from skin and bones, cut into large cubes.
Wash the zucchini, peel, cut into large cubes.
Prepare the marinade: pour tomato over boiling water, remove the thin skin, peel the garlic. Grind vegetables in a blender, add Kikkoman soy sauce, salt and black pepper, mix thoroughly.
Marinate the chicken breast slices in the mixture for 1-1.5 hours.
Then drain the brine into a plate, mix slices of zucchini in it. String skewers or skewers alternately with chicken and zucchini meat. Charcoal to a delicious crust.
Shish kebab is called “ladies'” because it is very light, useful and does not harm the figure! Ideally served with semi-dry white wine.
