Barbecue marinade on apple juice, step by step recipe with photo

One and the same meat acquires a completely different taste when placed in different marinades. Experiment, try, invent your own recipes!

Apple Juice Marinade


  • 200 ml clarified apple juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g of greens (tarragon, mint, parsley)
  • 0.5 tbsp. l salt and freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Mash the greens in the fingers, break each stalk in several places, put in apple juice. Peel and grate the garlic, add to the juice.

Step 2

Rub the meat with salt and pepper, put in the marinade, cover and marinate from 2 hours at room temperature to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
