INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg pork loin
  • 20 ml of vodka
  • 2 onions
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • KIKKOMAN soy sauce
  • ground black pepper
  • mustard
  • salt

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Wash the pork loin, separate the flesh from the bones. Cut into portions approximately 50 grams.

Put in a deep bowl, put onion, chopped rings, finely chopped tomato, KIKKOMAN soy sauce and other ingredients.

Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Grill kebabs on hot coals. The dish goes well with fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs.
