Beef skewers in tea marinade


  • beef neck 1kg
  • onions 300 g
  • ground black pepper 2 g
  • salt 7 g
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • milk oolong tea
  • sparkling mineral water 150 ml
  • lemon 0.5 pcs.


Step 1

Rinse the meat under running water and cut it into a cube about 3-5 cm. Transfer the meat to a deep bowl.

Step 2

Cut the onions into half rings, grate the garlic cloves on a fine grater.

Step 3

Add tea, salt, pepper, chopped onion, garlic and mineral water to the meat. Also add lemon juice.

Step 4

Mix everything thoroughly so that the tea leaves become saturated with moisture and begin to give their flavor. Milk oolong will give the meat a delicate aftertaste of cream.

Step 5

Put the meat in the refrigerator so that it is marinated for 3-6 hours.

Step 6

Bake the pickled meat over hot coals, strung on skewers or laid on a grill.
