INGREDIENTS

  • beef – 2 kg
  • onions – 0.5 kg
  • sparkling mineral water – 300-400 ml
  • large tomatoes – 3 pcs. + for frying
  • Kikkoman sauce – 3 tbsp. l
  • Kiwi – 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper – to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Beef skewers marinated in soy sauce and sparkling water

Wash, dry and cut the meat into large cubes. Cut the tomatoes arbitrarily and put in a large bowl, put the meat in the same place. Peel and chop the onion in half rings, peel and chop the kiwi arbitrarily.

Add all ingredients to the meat and mix well. Pour in soy sauce. Pour mineral water so that the meat is completely covered. Leave to marinate for 4-6 hours.

String the meat on skewers, alternating with small tomatoes. Fry on the grill until cooked.
