Beef BBQ with Pears

INGREDIENTS

  • honey – 1 tbsp
  • beef, fillet – 1 kg
  • For marinade:
  • turmeric – 1 tablespoon
  • lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • ground coriander – 1 tbsp.
  • chili powder – 1 tsp
  • brown sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • pears – 3 pcs.
  • ginger (root) – 3 cm
  • water – 2 tbsp.
  • dark soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil – 4 tbsp.
  • garlic – 4 cloves

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cook the marinade. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Peel the ginger root, grate. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, add sugar, garlic and grated ginger, coriander, turmeric and chili. Wash the beef fillet, cut into small portions and transfer to a bowl with marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Wooden skewers put in water on 20–25 minutes Pieces of pickled beef strung on skewers and fry on a preheated grill, 3-5 minutes from each side. Finish kebabs with foil.

Wash, dry, cut the pears in half and spread on a baking sheet. Add honey to hot water, mix, grease halves of pears with this mixture and bake in a preheated oven, 10-15 minutes or grilled 5-7 minutes
