- beef, fillet – 1 kg
- For marinade:
- turmeric – 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- ground coriander – 1 tbsp.
- chili powder – 1 tsp
- brown sugar – 2 tbsp.
- pears – 3 pcs.
- ginger (root) – 3 cm
- water – 2 tbsp.
- dark soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- olive oil – 4 tbsp.
- garlic – 4 cloves
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cook the marinade. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Peel the ginger root, grate. In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, add sugar, garlic and grated ginger, coriander, turmeric and chili. Wash the beef fillet, cut into small portions and transfer to a bowl with marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
