INGREDIENTS

  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l
  • Kikkoman soy sauce – 4 tbsp. l
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
  • Ground sweet paprika – 1 tsp.
  • Dill – 1 bunch

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Cooking soy sauce marinade with herbs

Prepare the marinade by mixing chopped dill, soy sauce, oil, garlic, paprika and lemon juice. You do not need to salt, because soy sauce is salty.

Step 2

Pickle champignons in a bag

Put the champignons in a bag, pour the marinade, set and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Step 3

Mushrooms string on skewers, fry mushroom skewers on the grill

String pickled mushrooms on skewers and fry on the grill. Mushrooms turn out juicy, fragrant, very tasty.
