Children especially like hearts. But parents will also like it. If you do not have cherries, you can replace it with strawberries or other berries. If you like sauces thicker, you can add a little starch to it. And as before, I do not add salt, because we have soy sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 800 g chicken hearts
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large champignons
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 6 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 150 ml of tomato juice
  • 6 tbsp. l Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • seasoning for barbecue (any) to taste

For the sauce:

  • 250 g cherries
  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 60 ml of water
  • 1-2 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • ground red pepper to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

We cook marinade, pour chopped vegetables and mushrooms

Let’s make a marinade from soy sauce, lemon and tomato juice. Divide the sauce equally. Pour chopped vegetables in one piece.

Step 2

Pour the chicken hearts with the remaining marinade

The second part of the marinade pour hearts, add spices for barbecue. Pickle all 2-3 hours.

Step 3

Alternating vegetables and chicken hearts, we string on skewers and grill

Alternating vegetables, string hearts on skewers and grill for 20 minutes.
To prepare the cherry sauce, pour the cherry with vinegar and sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Then bring the water to a boil, add cherries with marinade to it and warm the mixture for 10 minutes. Season with red ground pepper.
