Chicken kebab on ayran, step by step recipe with photo

Many people think that chicken turns out to be dry and tasteless, but if you cook them according to this recipe, thanks to Ayran, the meat turns out to be very tender and juicy, and tomato juice and paprika give a wonderful golden hue.

Ayran chicken skewers




  • chicken fillet 3 kg
  • onions 1 kg
  • tomato juice 1 l
  • Ayran 1 L
  • paprika 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tbsp


Step 1

Wash the chicken fillet for barbecue

Rinse chicken, dry.

Step 2

Chop chicken into large pieces

Cut into large pieces.

Step 3

Cut the onion for barbecue

Peel the onion, cut into half rings, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt. Hands rub the onion with salt.
Mix the meat with onions and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Add Ayran and Tomato Juice

Add airan, tomato juice and mix thoroughly. Leave for 3-4 hours.

Step 5

Ready chicken kebab on ayran

Pour the marinade, add paprika and go put the brazier. After 30-40 minutes, you can start to fry.
