- 5 tbsp. l Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- black pepper
- 2 small eggplant
- 1 chicken breast
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
- Wash eggplant, cut into circles. Cut the chicken into small pieces not exceeding the width of the eggplant. The smaller the pieces, the better they will marinate.
- Grate garlic, add oil and soy sauce, add a pinch of basil, chervil, any other herbs to your taste (you can also use dried ones), pepper, salt, and put pieces of chicken with eggplant in the marinade. Marinate for at least an hour.
- Cook on skewers until cooked.
