  • Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • medium carrot – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • olive oil – 7 tbsp. l
  • lemon juice – 3 tbsp. l
  • curry powder – 1 tsp.
  • sliced ​​bacon – 9 pcs. stripes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sugar – 4 tbsp. l
  • balsamic vinegar – 4 tbsp. l
  • olive oil for frying – 8 tbsp. l

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Prepare, then chop chicken

Wash the chicken fillet, dry well with a paper towel, remove excess fat and streaks. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Squeeze juice from lemon for marinating kebab

Squeeze out lemon juice.

Step 3

Mix the ingredients for the preparation of kebab marinade

Prepare marinade for barbecue. Skip the garlic through a press, add curry powder, lemon juice and 8 tbsp. l olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the prepared fillet with marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Boil chopped carrots in rings until half cooked

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Peel the carrots, cut into rings and boil in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until half-cooked.

Cut the ingredients for the preparation of barbecue with vegetables

Free bell pepper from seeds and cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion rings.

Step 7

Remove excess fluid from chicken breast

Transfer the meat to a napkin and dry a little.

Wrap the meat with bacon, string on a skewer, alternating with vegetables

Wrap each piece of bacon. For each skewer, chop 3 pieces of meat, alternating with vegetables.

Sprinkle barbecue with spices, fry in the remaining oil

Mix the ingredients for the sauce, heat until thick.
