The meat is juicy and flavorful !! It’s a pleasure to eat it! No sauce required. And vegetables only complement this delicious composition. The main thing is not to dry!
- 4 pieces of chicken breast
- ginger 1 pc.
- orange 1 pc.
- honey 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- champignons 200 g
- garlic 3 pcs.
- zucchini young 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash and dry chicken breasts with a paper towel. Cut into cubes.
For marinade: pass the garlic through the press, grate the zest with an orange and squeeze the juice, ginger (about 2 cm) grate on a fine grater. To this mixture add soy sauce, honey and sunflower oil. Mix everything well and pour chicken slices with this marinade.
Wash the mushrooms, drain the water. Add to meat and marinate all together for at least 1 hour.
Wash the zucchini and cut into rings. On wooden skewers string alternately zucchini, meat and mushrooms.
Grill for 8 minutes on all sides.
Serve with boiled rice. Bon Appetit!
If you cook on an open fire, then the skewers need to be soaked for an hour in water so that they do not burn!
