Tender and juicy chicken cooked on charcoal, with berry sauce, will decorate your stay in nature.
- chicken meat 1 kg
- soy sauce 4 tbsp
- garlic 4 pcs.
- paprika 2 tsp
- sugar 2 tsp
- strawberries 250 g
- 1/2 orange
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- mint 1/4 bunch (a)
- basil 1/2 bunch (a)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Grate chicken with paprika, put in a container for pickling, crush garlic, sprinkle with sugar and pour in soy sauce. Mix everything well. Leave to marinate.
For the sauce, cut the strawberries into halves (quarters), squeeze the juice from the orange, mint and basil finely chopped. Put a small frying pan over medium heat, pour olive oil. Put strawberries and simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour juice and put greens. Stew until thickened.
Fry chicken on the grill.
Serve chicken with sauce. Bon Appetit!
It is better to start cooking the sauce in parallel with the fried chicken.
To finely chop the leaves of mint or basil, you need to first roll them into a ball.
