To cook a good chicken kebab, it is not necessary to cunning and sophist for a long time. It is better to trust the experience of a professional and make a marinade based on sparkling water. It would seem simple, but very tasty!
- skinless chicken thigh – 1kg
- peeled onions – 150 g
- rock salt – 12 g
- ground black pepper – 2 g
- sparkling mineral water – 100 ml
- vegetable oil – 25 ml
- pita – 2 pcs.
- greens (to taste) – 16 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Chicken thigh, peeled and without skin, cut into a cube with a side of 5-7 cm. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into half rings 0.5-1 cm thick and add to the meat. Add vegetable oil, mix everything thoroughly.
Pour in sparkling water, mix and leave to pickle for at least 2 hours.
Separate the meat from the onion. String the meat on skewers and fry the skewers on the grill or in a grill pan.
Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs and pita bread.
