Chicken thigh skewers with soy sauce



It’s all for a picnic!



  • Chicken thighs – 8-9 pcs.
  • Curry – 1.5 tsp
  • Kikkoman Soy Sauce – 100 ml
  • Ginger root – 3-4 sq. cm


Step 1

Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce with curry and grated ginger root

To make the marinade, combine and mix the soy sauce, curry and grated ginger root. Put chicken thighs in the mixture and marinate for about two hours.

Step 2

Put the meat on the grill

While the chicken is pickling, prepare the coals for frying. It is best to let dry birch logs burn out. Or use ready-made purchased coals, which are heated red-hot on any burnt wood or just branches. Fix the pickled chicken thighs in a wire rack and they are ready to be grilled on the grill.

Step 3

Fry thighs over hot coals until golden brown

Fry chicken thighs over hot coals, constantly turning so that they are not only fried and fried (until the juice is clear when pierced), but also juicy.

My children and I were very pleased!
