Chicken wings are a win-win option for a country picnic. And if you marinate them in red adjika and fry, you get the perfect Georgian summer dinner.
- 2 phalanx chicken wings – 1 kg
- peeled onions – 100 g
- adjika red – 23 g
- rock salt – 9 g
- vegetable oil – 25 g
- pickled cucumber – 320 g
- cherry tomatoes (large) – 8 pcs.
- greens (to taste) – 16 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Process chicken wings, leaving without hemp, feathers and excess fat.
Onion cut into half rings 0.2-0.5 cm thick.
Lubricate the wings with salt and red adjika. Add vegetable oil and onions.
Mix everything and marinate for at least 1.5 hours.
Fry the wings on a grill or in a grill pan.
Serve by sprinkling meat with chopped herbs. Serve a serving with sliced pickles and halved cherry tomatoes
