- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. l melted butter
- 1 tbsp. l rum or brandy
- lemon juice
- sugar – 1 tablespoon
- 100 g prunes
- 200 g pineapple
- 300 g kiwi
- 2 tbsp. l honey
- 300 g apples
- 100 g dried apricots
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the apples into small pieces. Pineapple mugs cut into 8 parts. Peel the kiwi and cut into four parts. Rinse dried apricots and prunes. String all the fruit alternately on the skewers and lay in a bowl.
Make syrup: mix honey, butter, cinnamon, lemon juice, rum and sugar. Pour the barbecue with the mixture, cover and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Fry the barbecue on a hot barbecue lid for 5 minutes, periodically lubricating with syrup. Serve, drizzled with the remaining syrup, with fruit yogurt.
