STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Finely chop the dill, mix with sugar, salt and pepper. Grate the filet with this mixture, cover with a film, leave overnight. Peel the marinade fillet, cut into cubes with a side of 5 cm. String on thin skewers and cook on the barbecue, turning over regularly, about 5 minutes.
