- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 lemon and herbs for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Make 2-3 diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish.
In a large bowl, mix adjika with 3 tbsp. water, vegetable oil, chopped garlic, cumin and salt.
Put the fish in the marinade, mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. During this time, turn the fish over once.
Grill the mackerel for 7-8 minutes on each side. Serve on a green pillow with lemon cut into 8 parts.
